Once again, the Tech Symposium 2012 in the Limburgerhof was visited by lots of enthusiastic tek divers. For the first time participants could inform themselfs about the Bonex scooters.
Anja von Heynitz was happy about the great interest and provided an insight into the design and technology of the reliable and compact Bonex scooter.

Auch dieses Jahr hatte Bonex einen starken Auftritt auf der Boot. Das Highlight war das neue Modell ECOS.
Der handliche Scooter ist der ideale Begleiter für fortgeschrittene Tauchgänge bis 120 m. Besonders die 15 kg Gewicht bei kompakten Abmessungen finden großen Anklang bei Boots-, Sport-, sowie Tek-Tauchern. Im Vordergrund steht die einfache Handhabung bei langen Laufzeit von bis zu 150 Minuten.

Die Produktrange wurde ebenfalls um einen GoPro Halterung für den Scooter erweitert. Diese ermöglicht eine leichte Dokumentation der erlebeten Tauchgänge .

Fantastic weather conditions – just made for a day to spend diving at the Achensee.

There customers of Dieter Kuchling (owner and operator of „Tauchen in Tirol“) had the possibility to test the Bonex scooters from 9th until 10th of April. All participants had the chance to test the device in practice and of course got detailed information on any kind of question they had.

Each diver had a lot of fun and got appetite for more.

On March 19th and 20st the first Swiss Tech-Diving-Event took place, having a sunny day and crystal clear water.

Organizer was the diving school “Crazy Divers” with Richard Studer and Markku Diedrich at Thunersee.
The Techevent was themed: Rebreather, Deep, Cave, Scooter and last but not least Fun.

Numerous manufacturers of the Tech section informed comprehensively about their equipment. JJ-CCR, Revo, Shearwater, Ursuit, DTUAG , IART were represented, and of course Bonex.

We want to say thank you to our swiss friends for their deep interest and look forward to meet you all again next year.

Jordi Mateo, a experienced technical instructor presented the Bonex scooter for the first time at the Dive Travel Show in Madrid from 05.-06.03.2011.

Particularly the “little one” of the Bonex fleet, the “Edition”, with its manageable 15 kg appealed the wreck divers very much.
The high quality standard of the Bonex scooter convinced the Tek divers.

At the following weekend the Bonex scooters were exposed at the “Salón de la Inmersión” in Barcelona. From now on all spanish customers can contact Jordi Mateo for detailed information and testing possibilities.

We are very pleased to welcome our new Bonex dealer in Spain, Jordi Mateo.

Jordi was well trained by us in a scooter workshop concerning technics, maintenance and handling of the Bonex scooters. Despite contrarious weather conditions at the lake handling and skills were put across.

At the fair “Boot” 2011 in Düsseldorf Bonex was able to enthuse again many interested persons.

The new model of the Performance-Line, the Discovery RS was introduced.

Just as his little brother also the Discovery RS is equipped with a specially developed high performance motor.
Speed up to 82 m/min. is reached in combination with an enormous thrust.

Especially explorers can count on a high performance scooter with little weight for their future
challenging and extensive dives.

This year the Tek Diving association ISE exposed for the first time with Bonex at the fair “Boot” 2011.
The competent DIR-oriented training of ISE offers special DPV courses both for
DPV-newcomers, and as well for ambitious technical divers.
