On the booth of Sport Spezial and Tauchschule Spezial the AquaProp was presented on the Austrian Boat Show – BOOT in Tulln, Austria. The team presented the product range to numerous new clients and informed about the DPVs in detail – this revealed to a lot of positive feedbacks from professionals and new interested parties.

A lot of visitors were especially keened on the power package AquaProp. Perfect for traveling and with only 6 kg the AquaProp is offering a lot of potential for swimmers, snorchlers, free- and scuba-divers. Further more for sailors, it is easy to be taken on the boat as well. Many new testers could be won.

Because of this positive feedback Sport Spezial and AquaProp will be present on the next Austrian Boat Show in Tulln next year! We thank the whole Team for their commitment!

This year BONEX supports with its power package AquaProp the Dive Trophy 2016 as official sponsor and partner. In addition to other known producers, AquaProp inserts a new, exciting challenge in the Challenge.

The Dive Trophy 2016
In the year 2016, the Dive Trophy takes place already for the 12th time. Within the years, it grew up to one of the most popular events of the European diving branch. During the participation period from 01/11/2015 – 30/09/2016 (entry possible at any time), the participants earn points, which are assigned for dives, training courses, equipment purchase, dive travels and experience. The best 100 meet on October 22, 2016 in the indoor diving centre Dive4Life in Siegburg to participate to the final lap. The top 10 divers will be invited for the Dive Trophy Final at the red sea on the end of November to fight for the title “Champion of the Year”. The 100 best participants have the possibility to win numerous prices of the Dive Trophy partners. In addition, special prizes will be raffled during the point collection period.

AquaProp in the Dive Trophy
During the point collection period, the participants dive at the destinations of their choice and, if available, they can already practice a bit of AquaProp Scooter diving before. Furthermore, there are prices to win around the AquaProp during the Qualification period. In the preliminaries at the indoor diving centre in Siegburg and in the final in the Robinson Club Soma Bay, Egypt it is all about the good handling of the AquaProp. The participants have to solve tricky tasks with the AquaProp. Here, not only diving experience, but also skill and endurance in dealing with the AquaProp are in demand! AquaProp – so light, so easy, just take it!

On 20th and 21st of February, BONEX was represented on DIVE TRAVEL SHOW in Madrid on the booth of “Malaga Dive – Technical Diving Equipment”. During two intensive days, many interested customers visited the booth of Malaga Dive, to catch up on the new product range.

 

Especially the small powerful AquaProp convinced the visitors mit its new design and the best features ever! But also the BONEX classics ECOS and ECOS+, Reference and Discovery found new enthusiasts!

After the BOOT Show in Düsseldorf was finished successfully, the Moscow DIVE Show followed swiftly from 03.02. – 06.02.2016. The Russian fair belongs to the leading events of the east european diving scene. Numerous international exhibitors presented equipment, destinations and several diving features on a place of around 5000 qm. From sports- to tec- and freediving, underwater-photography and videography all topics were presented.

BONEX and AquaProp were shown on the booth of the Diveindustry Ltd. A lot of new customers showed a high interest on our products, especially east european clients visited the boot, got information about all news and developments, discussed and found the right DPV for their diving activity. The next Moscow DIVE Show takes place from 02. – 05.02.2017. We will be there!

On tuesday, 19th Jan 2016, federal chancellor Angela Merkel visited the military corvette Braunschweig in Kiel, germany. Thereby she showed respect for the soldiers work and commitment. To see in the video contribution – BONEX DPVs in the equipment range.

Already since some time BONEX supports the german military successfully in the range of equipment.
Also for the future many equipment news are implemented, like for example an even faster military DPV with sonar.

On the weekend from 08th till 11th of January, BONEX and AquaProp were presented on the booth of BtS on this years Salon de la Plongée in Paris. The exhibition was well-attended, many suppliers showed new products and advanced classics. Because of this great range of ideas, we were even more happy about the active and positive feedbacks for BONEX and AquaProp. Many international clients visited us for information and commissioning. During these four days we could attract new customers for BONEX and AquaProp. We are already working intensely on it!
We are very happy about this great start in 2016 and give a huge thanks to all customers and visitors for their interest.

On 21st and 22nd of November, BONEX was present on the Baltic Tech Conference 2015 in the polish Gdyna.

Every two years, starting in 2007, the event approaches numerous visitors to Poland.
Not only because of the range of competent and specialized referents from Tech Diving, the Baltic Tech Conference belongs now to one of the biggest and most popular diving events in Europe, and reached with more than 500 participants the highest popularity since the beginning.

During both days of the conference on the booth of BONEX and AquaProp a lot of activity took place. Many interested parties informed oneself, discussed and exchanged experiences. Especially our small power package AquaProp found a lot of new fans and customers. We are very happy about these successful selling days and the increasing international interest.

On 16th and 17th of November DPVs and their construction were central topic in the Bavarian city Amerang. In the training rooms of the BONEX company the workshop “Maintenance and technical service” took place during these days. Altogether ten participants of the German military attended. Especially we were happy, that also two women took part.

The groups were separated up into two groups – on the first day the DPV divers, on the second day military members and civilian employees from the department maintenance and service were concerned with DPV technique.

In the mornings, the participants received lessons in theory, in the afternoon they had the possibility to train in practice. For a comprehensive functional understanding the DPVs were teared apart in every detail. In groups of two, the attendants screwed, disassembled, maintained and put together again. They learned to exchange of the relevant components according to a BONEX factory maintenance and to adjust the operating parameter with following function test.

All practical operations were supervised and supported by referent, managing director and owner Christiane Bonetsmüller and two BONEX experts.

The practical part was followed by a debriefing, the handing over of follow-up material and a workshop certificate. In the evening the attendants and organizers came together for a relaxing dinner after this eventful day.

Conclusion:
A detailed topic, inquisitive attendants and a lot of good mood – that was the perfect composition! All involved had a lot of fun, the timetable fitted, all questions were answered and it was productive for all parties!
Thanks a lot for this great workshop – we are looking forward to next time!

Two full days we had available to train the divers of the German military in the handling of their new underwater DPVs from BONEX. Two days for theory and practical training – two days for 2 x 5 participants: This can only work with meticulous planning, pre-briefing and highly motivated soldiers – that´s clear!

The BONEX team arrived with two instructors and splitted tasks and military team in two training groups. So the workshop could start in a nicely prepared classroom and with enough and strong coffee. The team explained, discussed, showed and performed to prepare the participants for the following day!

On the second day it got exciting and the divers could show what they remembered from the classroom. The weather on the Starnberger See was great and the whole team was looking forward to jump in the water. Every diver absolved two training dives and had to pass several exercises because DPV diving for the first time needs a bit training!. Our tips and tricks were effectuated immediately. This is how training makes fun!

We give a huge thanks to the highly motivated team of the German military and wish a lot of fun and success with the BONEX Constallation HP DPVs!
